Church of the Resurrection of the Lord

The church was built in 1923–1926. Its neoclassical form was meant to express gratitude for the regaining of independence in 1918 and to commemorate the 950th anniversary of the baptism of Poland. It has been run by the Resurrectionists from the beginning.

History

The architecture and decoration refer to the symbolism of rebirth and victory.
